Preparing a budget for maintenance or a repair?
Get instant and accurate parts pricing. Trying to set your maintenance or repair schedule? Instantly know where your parts are in the delivery schedule. Too busy because your plant is running at full production? Now you can order parts during off-peak hours — when it is most convenient for you.

Can I still talk to a person?
Yes. You can still talk to a person, anytime you like.
InTouch has been developed for your convenience, to make the part ordering experience more convenient, streamlined and efficient. However, InTouch will not reduce the availability of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) that currently serve you. In fact, by reducing the time consumed for simpler tasks, InTouch will provide them with more time to provide you with a higher level of assistance on more complex issues.

How do I set up an account?
Visit https://cssusa.bobstgroup.com/ and follow the instructions to register an account. If you have any questions, feel free to call the InTouch Help Desk at 1-888-226-8800 ext 2764. Each user, even if they are from the same plant, will require a separate user account. You may establish as many user accounts as you need.

How do I track my order status?
You have a couple of convenient order tracking options. You can log-on to your InTouch account and select “Order Status”. This will allow you to view order status by machine model or serial number. You can view the status of orders placed on the web or by phone. And you can stay InTouch every step of the way by configuring your account to automatically send you status reports via email.

How fast can I get my parts?
Processing starts immediately and most orders can be shipped for next day delivery. We maintain an expansive inventory of replacement parts at our Roseland, NJ facility. Our U.S. inventory includes over 85% of the parts you may require for your Bobst Group equipment and virtually all critical and consumable components.
